1. Order Policy

All products listed on our website are ready-made and available for purchase while stocks last. Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it will be processed for shipping. We do not accept order cancellations after confirmation.

2. Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner. Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days within India.
You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, as part of promotional offers.

3. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our jewellery products (hygiene and safety reasons), we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or defect. We request you to review the product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items Only)

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

Eligibility for Exchange:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the defect/damage
- A brief description of the issue

Exchange Process:

Once approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit.
Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Shipping for Exchange:

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the error is on our part.
